Arcom, meeting on September 2, 2022, approved the request to change control of M6 Génération, subject to the signature of amendments to the 6ter service agreements of July 3, 2012 and February 23, 2022, which must take account of the new shareholder structure resulting from the transaction and include each of the commitments set out in point 4 of this decision.
