Decision of September 2, 2022 approving the change of control of TFX

At its meeting on September 2, 2022, Arcom approved the request to change control of TFX, subject to the signature of an amendment to the TFX service agreement, which must take account of the new shareholder structure resulting from the transaction and include each of the commitments set out in point 4 of this decision.
