Arcom was alerted by the Gulli channel about the accidental diffusion, from January 3 to 31, 2022, of several advertising screens in which the words "Publicité" (Advertising) did not appear.

It found that 88 sequences of advertising messages shown during the period had not been identified as such, nor clearly separated from the rest of the program, thus contravening article 14 of the decree of March 27, 1992 laying down the general principles defining the obligations of service editors with regard to advertising, sponsorship and teleshopping.

Consequently, Arcom demanded that the service editor ensure strict compliance with advertising regulations in the future.
