As part of its monitoring of radio service editors' compliance with the terms of their licenses, Arcom found that the local interest program shown on the Ellebore radio service on November 22, 2021 did not comply with its contractual commitments.
Having taken note of the service editor's observations, and in particular his commitment to enrich the service's programs, the Authority has decided not to issue a formal notice against him. It will nevertheless be particularly vigilant in ensuring that this commitment is respected, and will carry out further checks.
