Arcom was alerted to the promotion of a supply offered by a restaurant chain on Virgin Radio (now Europe 2) as part of the program Le Morning sans filtre.

It considered that the frequency with which the brand was quoted in a sequence that was clearly indulgent of the commercial supply being presented constituted a breach of the provisions of article 8 of the decree of April 6, 1987 laying down the advertising and sponsorship scheme for private radio stations, as well as of article 3-3 of its agreement.

As a result, the AMF demanded that the service editor ensure strict compliance with advertising regulations.
