The matter was referred to Arcom following the diffusion on M6, on October 28, 2023, of a segmented advertisement for a temporary employment agency.

It considered that this message infringed the provisions of article 13 of the decree of March 27, 1992 laying down the general principles governing advertising, sponsorship and teleshopping.

Consequently, the Authority demanded that the service editor ensure compliance with advertising regulations in the future.
