Arcom was alerted to the diffusion of an advertisement for a catering company, on segmented television, on September 20, 2024 on Trace Urban.
According to article 13 of the decree of March 27, 1992, advertising messages that include an explicit local address or identification by the advertiser must be shown simultaneously throughout a service editor's service area.
The Autorité noted that the advert in question explicitly mentioned two addresses, and consequently demanded that the service editor ensure compliance with the aforementioned regulation in the future.
