On September 15, 2022, the beIN Sports channel informed Arcom of the accidental broadcast, on 15 occasions between September 1 and 6, 2022, of an audiovisual commercial promoting a sports betting operator, even though the Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ) had ordered the withdrawal of the commercial in a decision dated March 17, 2022.
The ANJ took note of the service editor's commitment to no longer show the commercial on its channels.
