Arcom has granted Société d'Exploitation des Cinémas Hickson (SECH), pursuant to article 30-5 of the French law of September 30, 1986, a temporary authorization to use FM frequencies for the sound system of a drive-in cinema in Nouméa (98), for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.
