Dynamyk: DAB+ authorizations abrogated

The Dynamyk association has indicated its wish to return the radio resources allocated to it for the operation of the Dynamyk Fréjus (Fréjus area; authorization decision dated March 6, 2024), Dynamyk Beauvais (Beauvais area; authorization decision dated April 10, 2024) and Dynamyk Compiègne (Compiègne area; authorization decision dated April 10, 2024) category A services.

Arcom has decided to abrogate the authorization decisions concerned. The corresponding resources will be included in the DAB+call for tenders on January 22, 2025.

The Authority has also taken note of the withdrawal of the applications submitted by the Dynamyk association for the DAB+ call for applications on November 15, 2023, and for the FM calls for applications on May 31, 2023 (Arcom Marseille area) and September 11, 2024 (Savoie and Haute-Savoie mountain areas).
