Arcom has approved the change in capital, leading to a change in control and governance, of SARL Radio Emotion FM, publisher of the category B service Emotion FM, authorized in FM in the Alpes-Maritimes department (Cannes, Nice, Menton, La Brigue, Valberg and La Bollène-Vésubie) as well as in DAB+ on the local allotments of Paris and Toulon and the intermediate allotments of Marseille and Nice.
This change is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
