The French Superior Audiovisual Council (Arcom since January1, 2022) has authorized the modification of the conditions of transmission (change of broadcasting site) of the authorization issued to SAEL Radio Émotion FM for the diffusion of the category B service Émotion FM in Menton.

This modification does not present any incompatibility with the French and international spectrum, and does not entail any substantial modification of the data on the basis of which the authorization was issued, within the meaning of the first paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
