Europe 2: changes to the regime for French-language songs

Pursuant to article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided not to oppose the modification requested by Europe 2 Entreprises concerning a change in the regime for French-language songs on the Europe 2 network, whose services are authorized in categories C and D.
This amendment consists in applying, from July 1, 2024, the regime for radio stations specializing in the discovery of new talent without bonus, instead of the regime for the discovery of new talent with bonus previously subscribed to.
This modification does not appear to be of a substantial nature, due to its purpose or scope, nor to be such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
