Europe 2: modification of RDS codes

Arcom has decided to authorize :
- Europe 2 Entreprises and its subsidiaries to use the PI code F2E2 for FM diffusion of Europe 2 network services authorized in categories C and D;
- subsidiaries of Europe 2 Entreprises to use, on an experimental basis, the SID code F2E2 for DAB+ diffusion of Europe 2 network services authorized in category C.
