Having noted the absence of broadcasting of the category B service called LFM Réunion on frequency 89.4 MHz in Sainte-Suzanne (97), and after having initiated an adversarial procedure with the publisher, Arcom gave formal notice, on the basis of the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to the association Radio Zirondel to broadcast in the future under the conditions set out in the authorization decision of May 5, 2021.
