After noting that the category B service Urban Hit was not broadcasting on the 92.1 MHz frequency in La Plaine-des-Palmistes (974), and after initiating an adversarial procedure with the publisher, Arcom gave SARL Karokane Média formal notice, on the basis of the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to broadcast in future under the conditions set out in the authorization decision of August 20, 2021.
