Arcom found that the associations Jeunesse active de Mirza, authorized to broadcast the category A service called Radio JAM FM in Cayenne, and Radio Saint-Barth FM, authorized to broadcast the eponymous category B service in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, had failed to provide it with their report on the conditions of performance of their obligations, together with certified balance sheet and income statement accounts, for 2019.
It has given both associations formal notice to provide the requested information within fifteen days of receipt of the notifications, and to comply in future with the stipulations of article 4-1-1 of their agreement.
