Having noted the absence of DAB+ diffusion for the services Radio Bip (Besançon local), Radio BLC (Valenciennes - Maubeuge - Cambrai - Hirson - Avesnes-sur-Helpe), PIMG Radio (Paris local) and Tech Radio (Poitiers local), and after having initiated adversary proceedings with the providers of radio, Arcom gave formal notice, under the terms of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, respectively to the association Radio BIP, the association Batiste et Laite Caudry, the SARL Imparator Média Group and the SARL Bleu Pomme to broadcast in the future under the conditions set out in their authorization decision.
