After noting the absence of diffusion of the category A service called Radio IFM on the 92.2 MHz frequency in Grenoble (38), and after having initiated adversary proceedings with the publisher, Arcom gave formal notice, on the basis of the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to the Association pour le développement de la communication to broadcast in the future under the conditions set out in the authorization decision of March 26, 2021.
