FIP and Mouv': DAB+ authorizations abrogated

In response to a request from the Government for the return of radio resources allocated in DAB+ to the national program company Radio France for the operation of the FIP service in the Lille local area and the Mouv' service in the Strasbourg local area, Arcom has abrogated the authorization decisions of May 24, 2017 and December 20, 2017.
The abrogation of the relevant authorizations does not affect the rights of third parties, nor the rights and principles which the Authority must ensure are respected in the exercise of the powers entrusted to it by law to guarantee the exercise of freedom of communication.
