The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) on January1, 2022, has decided not to object to the change of corporate form of SARL VH Com to SAS VH Com, holder of the authorization to transmit the Forever service, in DAB+ category B on the Le Mans extended allocation.

This change does not constitute a substantial modification of the data on the basis of which the authorization to transmit was issued.
