Acting on a request from the French government under article 26 of the September 30, 1986 law, Arcom responded favorably to a demand for priority reservation of radioelectric resources to enable a France 3 opt-out (France 3 Caen, summoned to host the France Bleu Cotentin morning show) to be shown in Basse-Normandie on certain broadcasting sites.
