In response to several requests from the French government for the return of frequencies allocated to France Télévisions for the terrestrial FM operation of France Inter in Cayenne, Régina, Iracoubo and Mana (French Guiana), Arcom abrogated the authorization decision of March 9, 1993, as the use of the above frequencies was no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the missions defined by the law of September 30, 1986 and by France Télévisions' mission statement.
