France Télévisions: exceptional commercials to be shown after 8 p.m. (2022-2023 season)

Arcom has decided not to object to France Télévisions' request to show, on an exceptional basis, advertising screens after 8 p.m. on the occasion of four separate events, scheduled as part of the 2022-2023 season, provided that the dates and broadcasting times of the events concerned are transmitted to the Authority's services in advance of their diffusion.

  • two screens (one at the beginning of the evening, the other in the middle) to benefit France Nature Environnement during an exceptional evening of mobilization in favor of the environment scheduled for early November 2022 on France 2;
  • one screen to benefit the Fondation Engagement médias pour les jeunessters during the program Le livre favori des Français, to be shown on France 3 in mid-December 2022;
  • three screens (one each on France 3 and France 5 on Friday evenings, and one on France 2 on Saturday evenings) to benefit the AFM-Téléthon, as part of a special program scheduled for early December 2022;
  • three screens (one each on France 3 and France 5 on Friday evenings, and one on France 2 on Saturday evenings) to benefit Sidaction in March 2023.

Viewers of all three channels will be informed of the exceptional nature of these charity-related advertising breaks. In addition, the diffusion of these commercials will have to be framed by credits mentioning "Advertisement".
