Requested by the Government under article 26 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom responded favorably to the request for priority allocation of radioelectric resources to the national program company France Télévisions to enable the diffusion of a new France 3 opting out (France 3 Montpellier, summoned to host the France Bleu Hérault morning show) on 31 sites in southern Aveyron.

Consequently, the Authority has amended, on the one hand, Annex III of the decision of June 10, 2003 allocating France 3 radioelectric resources in digital terrestrial television (DTT) in order to add the 31 diffusion sites concerned by the second local edition and, on the other hand, the decision of December 4, 2012 relating to the numbering of France 3's additional opt-outs broadcast terrestrially in order to assign the logical number 32 to this second edition in the south of Aveyron.
