France Télévisions warns of advertising time overruns in 2021

As part of its annual checks on TV service editors' compliance with article 15 of the decree of March 27, 1992, Arcom found that, for the year 2021, the France 2 channel had exceeded the maximum advertising time authorized for a given clock hour by eleven times, and the France 3 channel by four times, in breach of the provisions of article 30 of France Télévisions' mission statement.
The Authority has warned the service editor against repeating such breaches.
