On the basis of article 25 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has authorized a trial to rearrange the frequency currently used by the RLCOM association in the Saint-Dizier area to show the Latitude service, from frequency 107.9 MHz to 106.5 MHz, for a period of six months.
