Fugi FM service taken over under management lease

Following the verdict of February 12, 2025, opening receivership proceedings against the association Radio Fugi (holder of the broadcasting licences for the category B service Fugi FM in the Givet, Hargnies, Fumay and Aubrives areas), Arcom has issued a favorable opinion on the sole takeover supply issued by the company SCOP RVM, operator of the category B service RVM, which is shown on several FM frequencies, as well as on DAB+.
Consequently, the Authority has decided :
- to abrogate, with effect from November 1, 2025, the licensing decisions issued to the Radio Fugi association for the operation of the Fugi FM service;
- to authorize, with effect from the same date, SARL SCOP RVM to show the RVM service in the above-mentioned areas.
