Arcom has decided, exceptionally, to exempt the Game One channel editor from the obligation to submit a declaration of investments in cinematic production for the 2021 financial year, despite the fact that this service programmed 34 cinematic works during the year for a total of 158 broadcasts and reruns.
It demanded that, in future, the channel comply with the provisions of articles 3-3-2 and 3-3-4 of its agreement, i.e. not to exceed the annual threshold of broadcasts and reruns of cinematographic works triggering its subject to the law's obligations to produce cinematic works.
