Arcom has approved the change in capital, leading to a change in control and governance, of SARL Techniques et productions audiovisuelles (TAP), publisher of the category B service Gold FM, licensed on FM in Bordeaux and Libourne and on DAB+ in the Bordeaux extended allotment.
This change is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
