Pursuant to the fifth paragraph of article 42-3 of the French law of September 30, 1986, and after having taken note of the undertakings given by the purchaser, Groupe News Participations, Arcom has decided to approve the change in capital, resulting in a change of control, of Grand Lille TV, holder of the authorizations to broadcast the local television services BFM Grand Lille (Lille area) and BFM Grand Littoral (Boulogne-sur-Mer - Dunkerque area).
This change is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
