Arcom was alerted to a segment shown on France Inter's 9 a.m. news program on July 9, 2023, relating to a stop at a rally on the Place de la République in Paris the previous day.

It found no inaccuracies in the reported sequence. It also considered that the disputed remarks, which did not relate to the judicial proceedings opened following the death of Adama Traoré, were not such as to constitute a breach of the obligations arising from articles 1 and 3 of the deliberation of April 18, 2018 relating to the honesty and independence of news and the programs that contribute to it.

Consequently, the Authority did not intervene against the service editor.
