Arcom was alerted to the KOF 5 mixed martial arts (MMA) event shown on the Sport en France channel on May 3, 2024.
It noted that the broadcast had begun at 8:38 pm, in breach of article 2 of the deliberation of October 21, 2020, insofar as Sport en France is a TV channel whose access is free to viewers.
