La France a un incroyable talent" show to be broadcast on October 18, 2022: M6 warned

Arcom was alerted about the show La France a un incroyable talent, broadcast on October 18, 2022 on M6, during which a candidate was the subject of comments made by members of the jury.

The Authority considered that the comments made constituted a breach of article 3-1 of the law of September 30, 1986, as well as article 2-3-5 of the M6 agreement.

It also noted that these remarks, made in the context of a program that had been edited, had not been reported on set. In this respect, it considered that the service editor had breached its on-air control obligation, set out in article 2-2-1 of its agreement.

Consequently, the Authority warned the publisher of the M6 channel against any repetition of such breaches, and demanded that it demonstrate the utmost vigilance with regard to compliance with the aforementioned provisions and stipulations.
