The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January1, 2022, was alerted to comments made in the program La matinale week-end, shown simultaneously on CNews and Europe 1 on September 26, 2021.

He noted the use of vocabulary conveying prejudices that could be described as sexist. However, it took note of the reaction of the female presenter, which led the guest to apologize.
