After noting that the Radio Pikan service was not being shown in Trois-Bassins, and after having initiated adversary proceedings with the publisher, Arcom gave formal notice to the Lantant Pikan association, on the basis of the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to broadcast the Radio Pikan service on the 88.8 MHz frequency inthe future, under the conditions set out in the authorization decision of May 27, 2020.
