Arcom was alerted about a column on transidentites shown on France Inter's Le 6/9 program on August 10, 2023.
It noted that the comments made in the program were part of a general-interest debate on the gender dysphoria of persons under 18, and did not constitute a breach of the service editor's obligations.
Consequently, the Authority did not take any action against it.
