Arcom was alerted about the title of the program Le Big Show, to be shown on France 2 on June 11 and September 10, 2022.
Under the provisions of article 14 of the law of August 4, 1994, recalled in the notice of January 18, 2005, public audiovisuel companies are prohibited from using program titles based on foreign terms when these have been registered as trademarks.
As a result, the AMF intervened with the service editor, strongly requesting that in future it refrain from using foreign terms in its program titles.
