The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January1, 2022, was alerted to a segment of the program Le Brunch de l'info broadcast on June 26, 2021 on LCI, during which a guest's speech, devoted to vaccination against Covid-19, was interrupted by the presenter.
It considered that, in view of the remarks in question, the publisher had not breached its ethical obligations.
Consequently, the Council did not intervene.
