The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) on January1, 2022, was alerted to comments made in the program Le live Toussaint shown on BFMTV on September 17.

The Council considered that all the comments, which were limited to expressing the point of view of their author, were not discriminatory and did not exceed the limits of freedom of expression for which it is the guarantor.

Consequently, he did not intervene with the channel.
