Arcom was alerted to a segment of the program Le Répondeur, shown on February 2, 2024 on RCI Martinique.

Arcom considered that the sequence undermined the image of women and played down the violence inflicted on them, thus characterizing a breach of the schemes set out in article 3-1 of the law of September 30, 1986. In addition, the Authority considered that the remarks shown tended to justify recourse to prostitution, and could therefore be perceived as incitement to delinquent and uncivilized practices and behavior, prohibited under article 2-4 of the station's agreement. Lastly, the comments in question were not shown live, and at no time were they denounced on air.

Consequently, the Autorité has firmly demanded that the service editor demonstrate the utmost vigilance in complying with the aforementioned provisions and stipulations.
