As part of the sanction proceedings initiated on November 7, 2025 against Société d'Exploitation d'un Service d'Information (S.E.S.I.) concerning the television service known as CNEWS, Arcom decided to impose the financial penalty provided for in article 4-2-2 of the agreement of November 27, 2019, and to set the amount of this penalty at 75,000 euros, for breaches observed during the broadcast of the program L'Heure des pros 2 Été, on August 12, 2025.
