As part of the legal sanctions proceedings initiated on April 10, 2024 against Société d'exploitation d'un service d'information (S.E.S.I.) concerning the CNews television service regarding its abidance by the provisions of article 15 of the law of September 30, 1986 and the stipulations of articles 2-3-2 and 2-2-1 of its agreement, Arcom has decided to exonerate the company concerning the L'Heure des pros 2 news programme broadcast on November 15, 2023.
