As part of the sanction proceedings initiated on January 5, 2024 against Société d'exploitation d'un service d'information (SESI) concerning the television service known as CNews regarding compliance with the provisions of article 15 of the law of September 30, 1986 and the stipulations of articles 2-3-2 and 2-2-1 of the agreement entered into on November 27, 2019, Arcom has decided to impose the pecuniary sanction provided for in 1. of article 4-2-2 of the aforementioned agreement, to set the amount of this sanction at 50,000 euros for breaches observed during the diffusion of the program L'heure des pros 2 on September 28, 2023.
