The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January1, 2022, was alerted to comments made in the program L'Heure des pros shown on CNews on August 24, 2021.

It did not appear to the Council that these comments contravened the channel's obligations, nor exceeded the limits set by law on freedom of expression.
