Arcom has given a favorable ruling on the possibility of renewing for a second time, outside the call for applications and for a period of five years from August 2 and 6, 2023 as appropriate, the authorizations issued to the following publishers:

in category D : Beur FM (Valenciennes); Nostalgie (Calais, Gauville, Hesdin, Montreuil-sur-Mer); NRJ (Béthune, Lens); RFM (Hirson); Virgin Radio (Arras); Rire et Chansons (Amiens, Laon, Lens, Soissons) ;

in category E : Europe 1 (Arras, Béthune, Lens, Cambrai, Lille, Maubeuge, Saint-Quentin, Valenciennes); RTL (Dunkerque, Maubeuge, Saint-Omer).
