Arcom has renewed the licences issued to the following publishers for the second time, without a call for applications and for a period of five years from August 2 or 6, 2023, depending on the case:

Category B: Radio Contact (Abbeville, Laon, Péronne) ;
in category C: Chérie FM Amiens (Abbeville, Amiens, Mers-les-Bains); NRJ Amiens (Abbeville, Amiens); NRJ Lille (Lille); Europe 2 Nord Picardie (Lille);
in category D: Beur FM (Valenciennes); Nostalgie (Calais, Gauville, Hesdin, Montreuil-sur-Mer); NRJ (Béthune-Lens); RFM (Hirson); Europe 2 (Arras) ;
in category E: Europe 1 (Arras, Béthune-Lens, Cambrai, Lille, Maubeuge, Saint-Quentin, Valenciennes); RTL (Dunkerque, Maubeuge, Saint-Omer); Rire et Chansons (Amiens, Laon, Lens, Soissons).
