Arcom has decided not to oppose the change of name of the Live Festival Radio service, authorized in category B on DAB+ in Paris, to Live Nation Radio.
The service editor will be required to ensure plurality in the coverage of live music and entertainment in the Paris region. In addition, artists under contract with Live Nation must not account for more than 50% of programming. Finally, the publisher must ensure that any messages encouraging the purchase of tickets for shows organized by Live Nation are shown in advertising spaces identified as such.
