Arcom was alerted to a segment on anti-Semitism in France, following the publication of a survey conducted by IFOP on the subject, which was shown on BFM TV's Live Toussaint program on January 26, 2022.

In particular, it noted that in communicating the results of this survey, the channel had merely relayed a topical issue, and that the purpose of the study was not to validate anti-Semitic theories, but to assess whether they were widespread in public opinion.

It therefore considered that the sequence could not be perceived as encouraging anti-Semitic behavior.

Consequently, the Authority took no action against the service editor.
