Arcom has decided to approve the change of control of LE MANS TELEVISION, which holds the license to operate the local TV channel LMtv Sarthe.
On completion of the transaction, 67% of the capital of LE MANS TELEVISION will be held by SCP PARTICIPATIONS, which will thus take control of the company in accordance with the provisions of I of Article L 233-3 of the French Commercial Code.
